1. What is personal data?

Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person constitutes personal data. Any information that reveals your identity and allows you to be distinguished from other people, such as your name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail, constitutes your personal data.

2. How and on what principles are your personal data processed?

The procedures and principles stipulated in Law No. 6698 and other laws are taken into consideration in the processing of your personal data. We process your personal data within the framework of our authorities and obligations arising from the legislation, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, for specific, clear, legitimate purposes and within the framework of your consent. In this context, the data provided by you such as name, surname, company name, address, country name, telephone and e-mail are processed to be used in transactions such as the delivery of the products you have ordered through www.rnconcept.com, the completion of the payment transaction for your order and the preparation and delivery of your invoice to you. Your personal data is stored in our database available in electronic environment. Our IT unit makes maximum efforts to keep your personal data accessible to a minimum number of people and to prevent it from being seized by third parties. Your personal data that you share with us is shared with third parties only in necessary cases, such as sharing your address with the cargo company for the delivery of your order, and only with your approval. Apart from this, your personal data is protected with great care and is not shared with third parties. In order to ensure the security of your personal data, our company also provides the security of your personal data by conducting in-house training, providing limited authorization, obtaining contractual commitments in internal and external relations and foreseeing responsibility and deterrent sanctions.

3. How long will your personal data be stored?

Your personal data is stored for the minimum period required by legal obligations, and in any case until the expiration of the limitation periods stipulated by the legislation, taking into account the periods for which the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, tax legislation and other laws hold RN CONCEPT responsible as the Seller/Supplier.

4. Is it possible to process personal data in the absence of explicit consent, in which cases can personal data be processed without explicit consent?

As a rule, personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the relevant person. However, if one of the conditions listed in the law exists, it is possible to process personal data without the explicit consent of the relevant person. These conditions can be listed as follows:

a) It is clearly stipulated in the laws.

b) It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to express his/her consent due to a de facto impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of another person.

c) It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

c) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

d) It is made public by the relevant person.

e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

f) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.

5. In what cases and when will your personal data be deleted?

If the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data are eliminated, despite being processed in accordance with the conditions explained above, personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by RN CONCEPT, the data controller, ex officio or upon your request. Anonymization refers to the process of making personal data in a way that it cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, even when matched with other data.

6. In what cases will your personal data be transferred to third parties?

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties within the framework of your explicit consent. In order to fulfill the obligations we have undertaken as a Seller in the distance sales contract we have concluded with our customers and for legitimate purposes, it is inevitable for us to share some of your personal data with third parties.

In addition, your personal data listed in Article 6 of this text, which can be processed by law even without your explicit consent, may also be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

CONSENT TEXT REGARDING PROCESSING, STORING AND TRANSFER OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

I accept that RN CONCEPT, for reasons arising from the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, tax legislation and other relevant legislation, my personal data (Name Surname, Company Name, Address, Country Name, Phone and e-mail) can be kept and processed in the electronic system/database where personal data is stored, and that they can be stored for the periods stipulated by the legislation and until the reasons requiring the processing of my personal data are eliminated, and that they can be shared with third parties expressly authorized by the legislation, persons residing abroad and authorized administrative and judicial bodies without my consent, in cases where the legislation permits or imposes an obligation.
